At Layvera, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made models, final sale items, and gift cards.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@layvera.com. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at service@layvera.com. We will assist you with the exchange process.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in the processing time. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@layvera.com, and we will assist you further.
